Temex Options means, at any time, options to acquire Lake Shore Shares granted pursuant to the Temex Option Plan which are, at such time, outstanding and unexercised, whether or not vested;
Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.
Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.
Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".
Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.
Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.7.
3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
Company Options means options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock.
Stock Index Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise, to receive an amount of cash determined by reference to the difference between the exercise price and the value of the index on the date of exercise.
Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).
SARS means the South African Revenue Service.
Company Stock Option Plans has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.6(c).
Parent Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).
Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.
Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
Stock Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).
Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock granted under any Parent Stock Plan.
Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.
Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).
Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.
Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Optioned Stock means the Common Stock subject to an Option.
Incentive Stock Options means Option Rights that are intended to qualify as “incentive stock options” under Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.
Option Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.
Stock Appreciation Rights Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to an Award of Stock Appreciation Rights.
