Definition of TCI Group


TCI Group means such subset of the group of Legal Entities that are members of the Common Stock Group as consists of TCI and each of the Legal Entities that is or was at any time owned directly or indirectly by TCI and owned or owns the assets and are or were primarily responsible for the liabilities tracked by the TCI Group Tracking Stock; provided, however, that the TCI Group shall not include any Legal Entity for such period as and to the extent that such Legal Entity is a member of the Liberty Group.

Examples of TCI Group in a sentence

A change of employment is not a termination of employment within the meaning of this paragraph 2, provided that, after giving effect to such change, Grantee is an employee of, or becomes or continues to be a consultant to, any member of the TCI Group.
If the Company ceases to be a Subsidiary of TCI, the Company and its Subsidiaries shall, notwithstanding the last sentence of the definition of Subsidiary above, be deemed for purposes of this definition only to continue to be Subsidiaries of TCI and, accordingly, members of the TCI Group.
