Definition of TCI Group

  1. TCI Group means such subset of the group of Legal Entities that are members of the Common Stock Group as consists of TCI and each of the Legal Entities that is or was at any time owned directly or indirectly by TCI and owned or owns the assets and are or were primarily responsible for the liabilities tracked by the TCI Group Tracking Stock; provided, however, that the TCI Group shall not include any Legal Entity for such period as and to the extent that such Legal Entity is a member of the Liberty Group.
