TCHI Note Guarantee Mortgage definition

TCHI Note Guarantee Mortgage means this Indenture of Mortgage and Security Agreement which evidences a lien pari passu with the lien of the Senior Note Mortgage, the lien of the Senior Guarantee Mortgage, the lien of the TCHI Note Mortgage and the lien of any other Working Capital Facility Mortgage.
