Tax Declaration definition

Tax Declaration means the tax declaration required to be signed by the Sellers and filed with the Tax Office in accordance with article 13 of Greek tax law 2238/1994, as in force from time to time.
Tax Declaration means, in respect of a Qualifying Lender and a payment of interest from a South African Obligor to that Qualifying Lender: 12.1.1.4.1 in the case of a Qualifying ▇▇▇▇▇▇ referred to in Clause 12.
Tax Declaration means the tax declaration required to be signed by the Parties and filed with the Tax Office in accordance with article 13 of the Tax Law in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.3(a).
