Tax Declaration definition

Tax Declaration means the tax declaration required to be signed by the Sellers and filed with the Tax Office in accordance with article 13 of Greek tax law 2238/1994, as in force from time to time.

More Definitions of Tax Declaration

Tax Declaration means, in respect of a Qualifying Lender and a payment of interest from a South African Obligor to that Qualifying Lender:
Tax Declaration means a document on the standard form stipulated by the Ministry of Finance and used by taxpayers to declare information aimed at determining the amount of tax payable. A customs declaration shall be used to declare duty on import or export goods.
Tax Declaration means, in respect of a Qualifying Lender and a payment of interest from a South African Obligor to that Qualifying Lender: 12.1.1.4.1 in the case of a Qualifying Xxxxxx referred to in Clause 12.1.1.2.2 of the definition of Qualifying Lender, a declaration in such form as may be prescribed by the Commissioner for the South African Revenue Service pursuant to section 50E(2) of the Income Tax Act that that Lender is, in terms of section 50D(3) of the Income Tax Act, exempt from the withholding tax on interest in respect of that payment; and 12.1.1.4.2 in the case of a Qualifying Lender referred to in Clause 12.1.1.2.3 of the definition of Qualifying Lender, a declaration in such form as may be prescribed by the Commissioner for the South African Revenue Service pursuant to section 50E(3) of the Income Tax Act that that payment of interest is, in terms of section 50E(3) of the Income Tax Act, subject to a rate of withholding tax reduced to zero as a result of any applicable Treaty;
