Tax Credit Funds definition

Tax Credit Funds means the proceeds from the syndication of a limited partnership interest in the Partnership to a Tax Credit Investor in the anticipated amount set forth in the Approved Financing Plan, or such other amount as may be approved by the City in an amendment to the Approved Financing Plan.
Tax Credit Funds means the proceeds from the sale of limited partner interests in the Partnership in the anticipated amount set forth in the Financing Proposal, or such other amount as may be set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Tax Credit Funds means the capital contributions to the Developer made by the Investor in the anticipated amount set forth in the Financing Plan, as amended.
