Target Price Work means Work performed on a Target Price Basis.

  • Prior to the commencement of any Target Price Work, Contractor shall provide to Owner a projected payment plan, broken down by calendar quarter, for the remainder of 2008, and monthly thereafter, for the Target Price portion of the Contract Price (the "Payment Plan", to be appended to this Agreement as Exhibit F-2).

  • Time and Materials Charges shall be set forth in separate invoices from invoices for the Target Price Work.

  • Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Total Contract Price means the total set out in "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices".

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
