TARGET BONUS LEVEL definition

TARGET BONUS LEVEL means, for any Performance Period, the fixed dollar amount or the percentage of the Participant’s Base Compensation deemed by the Committee to be the Target Bonus Level for the Participant for such Performance Period.
TARGET BONUS LEVEL means, for any Plan Year, the fixed dollar amount or the percentage of the Participant's Base Compensation deemed by the Board to be the Target Bonus Level for the Participant in that Plan Year.
