Bonus Level definition

Bonus Level means the level at which a Participant shall participate in the Plan as set forth in Paragraph 4(b) hereof.
Bonus Level means the value specified in the relevant Final Terms, expressed as follows:
Bonus Level means, in respect of a Share, the product of (a) 65 per cent. and (b) the Initial Reference Level in respect of such Share.
