Sweetwater 2 Build-Out Agreement definition

Sweetwater 2 Build-Out Agreement means the Build-Out Agreement, dated as of August 9, 2004, by and among Sweetwater 2 Project Entity, Sweetwater Wind Power L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, DKR Wind Energy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, GE Wind Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx Power Operating Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "Sweetwater 2 Common Facilities Agreement" means the Cotenancy, Common Facilities and Easement Agreement, dated as of August 9, 2004, among Sweetwater 2 Project Entity, Sweetwater Wind Power L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, Sweetwater 1 Project Entity, Sweetwater 3 Project Entity, Sweetwater Wind 4 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Sweetwater Wind 5 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Sweetwater Wind 6 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. "Sweetwater 2 GE Guarantee" means the Guarantee, dated as of July 2, 2004, executed by General Electric Company, a New York corporation in favor of Sweetwater 2 Project Entity. "Sweetwater 2 Hospital District Agreement" means the Agreement, dated October 23, 2003, between Xxxxx County Hospital District, dba Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital, Sweetwater Wind Power L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company, Sweetwater 1 Project Entity and Sweetwater 2 Project Entity. "Sweetwater 2 Interconnection Agreement" means the ERCOT Standard-Generation Interconnection Agreement dated October 23, 2002 as amended by Amendment Xx. 0, Xxxxxxxxx Xx. 0, Xxxxxxxxx Xx. 0 and Amendment No. 4, as successor in interest to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, and Sweetwater Wind Power L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company successor in interest to DKRW Energy LLC (formerly known as DKR Development, L.L.C.), a Delaware limited liability company, Sweetwater 1 Project Entity, as partial assignee of Sweetwater Wind Power L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company and Sweetwater 2 Project Entity, as partial assignee of Sweetwater Wind Power L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company. "Sweetwater 2 July Partial Assignment" means the Partial Assignment, dated as of July 2, 2004, by and between DKR Wind Energy, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, as assignor, and Sweetwater 2 Project Entity, as assignee.
