Survival of Certain Obligations. The obligations of Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 12 and 13 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 6.07, Article Seven and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.
Survival of Certain Obligations. Sections 8.03(a), 8.03(b), 8.05 and 9.03, and the obligations of the Borrower thereunder, shall survive, and shall continue to be enforceable notwithstanding, the termination of this Agreement and the Commitments and the payment in full of the principal of and interest on all Loans.
Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding Sections 8.01 and 8.03, any obligations of the Issuer and the Guarantors in Sections 2.02 through 2.14, 6.07, 7.05 and 7.06 shall survive until the Notes have been paid in full. Thereafter, any obligations of the Issuer or the Guarantors in Section 7.05 shall survive such satisfaction and discharge. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.
Survival of Certain Obligations. Employee's obligations under Articles II and III hereof shall survive any termination of Employee's employment hereunder.

Notwithstanding the ------------------------------- satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Notes referred to in Section 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 or 8.5, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 4.1, 4.2, 4.5, 4.21, 6.10, Article VII, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive until the Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.7, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.
Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the parties, the following obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement: (a) the obligations of each party under Articles III and IV, and (b) the Provider's right to receive the compensation for the Transition Services provided by it hereunder provided in Section 2.1 above incurred prior to the effective date of termination.
Survival of Certain Obligations. The obligations of the Company and Executive set forth in this Agreement which by their terms extend beyond or survive the termination of the Term shall not be affected or diminished in any way by the termination of the Term.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not relieve the Parties of any obligation accruing before such expiration or termination. The provisions of this Agreement that must, by their nature, survive expiration or termination of this Agreement to give effect to their intent, shall so survive, including Sections 2.4, 2.6, 6, 9 and 11 Any expiration or early termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights of either Party against the other accrued or accruing under this Agreement before termination.
