Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Notes referred to in Section 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 or 8.5, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 4.1, 4.2, 4.5, 4.21, 6.10, Article VII, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive until the Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.7, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this the Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Notes referred to in Section 8.1Sections 4.01, 8.24.02, 8.34.04, 8.4 or 8.54.05, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee for the Notes under Sections 2.23.03, 2.33.05, 2.43.09, 2.54.07, 2.64.08, 2.74.09, 2.104.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 4.1, 4.2, 4.5, 4.21, 6.10and 5.08, Article VIIVI, 8.7and Sections 7.01, 8.87.02, 8.9 10.02, 10.03, 10.04 and 8.10 10.05, shall survive with respect to Notes until the Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.74.07, 8.74.08, 8.84.09, 8.9 and 8.10 4.10 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article VIII IV shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee or other Agents under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article VIII Eight shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Nothing contained in this Article VIII Eight shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.. ARTICLE NINE

Nothing contained in this Article VIII IX shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.
