Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 6.07, Article Seven and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article Eight XII shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the defeasance of this Indenture or the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02and Section 8.02 above, respectively, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.102.08, 2.122.09, 2.11, 2.13, 2.14, Sections 4.01, 4.02 and 6.074.02, Article Seven and Sections 4.03, 6.08, 7.07, 7.08, 7.09, 7.10, 7.11, 8.03, 8.04, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 8.07, Article IX, and Sections 11.01, 11.02, 11.06, 11.07, 11.08, 11.10, 11.11 and 11.13 hereof shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and thereafter . Thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 8.06, 8.07 and 8.07 11.10 hereof shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to Legal Defeasance provided for in Section 8.01 or 8.028.01(b), the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 4.02, 6.07, Article Seven Seven, 8.04, 8.05 and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive until the Securities Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter thereafter, notwithstanding the extinguishment of the Notes, the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.058.04, 8.05 and 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities Notes referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.028.01(a) and (b), the respective obligations of the Company Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 4.04, 6.07, 7.07, 7.08, 8.02, 8.03, 8.04, 11.03 and 11.04 and Article Seven and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 Three shall survive until the Securities Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 8.02 and 8.07 8.03 and 8.04 shall survivesurvive such satisfaction and discharge. Nothing contained in this Article Eight XIII shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article Eight VIII shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities Notes referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.028.01, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 6.076.04, 6.09, 7.01, 7.07, 7.08, Article Seven 8, Article 10 and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 Article 11 shall survive until the Securities Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter thereafter, the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 Article 10 and 8.07 in Section 7.07 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight 8 shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02this Article Eight, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.022.2, 2.032.3, 2.042.4, 2.052.5, 2.062.6, 2.072.7, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.134.1, 4.014.2, 4.02 and 6.074.4, 6.7, 6.8, 7.7, 7.8, 8.8, 8.9, 8.10, Article Seven three and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 this Section 8.6 shall survive until the Securities are no longer Security is outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07Section 7.7, 8.057.8, 8.06 8.8, 8.9, 8.10 and 8.07 this Section 8.6 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities Notes referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.122.13, 2.132.16, 4.01, 4.02 and 6.07, Article Seven and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive until the Securities Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee and the Collateral Agent under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survivesurvive such satisfaction and discharge. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.014.01 (in the case of Covenant Defeasance only), 4.02 and 4.02, 6.07, Article Seven and Seven, Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities Notes referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 6.076.04, 6.09, 7.01, 7.07, 7.08, Article Seven 10 and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 Article 11 shall survive until the Securities Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter thereafter, the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 Article 10 and 8.07 in Section 7.07 shall survivesur vive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight 8 shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.028.01(a) and (b), the respective obligations of the Company Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 4.04, 6.07, 7.07, 7.08, 8.02, 8.03, 8.04, 11.03 and 11.04 and Article Seven and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 Three shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 8.02 and 8.07 8.03 and 8.04 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities Notes referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 4.02, 6.07, Article Seven and Sections Seven, 8.05, 8.06 8.06, 8.07, 11.02 and 8.07 11.04 of this Indenture shall survive until the Securities Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 of this Indenture shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section 8.01 or 8.028.01(a) and (b)(i), the respective obligations of the Company Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.102.08, 2.124.01 (with respect to Section 8.01(a)), 2.134.04, 4.01, 4.02 and 6.07, Article Seven 7.07, 7.08, 8.02, 8.03, 8.04, 11.03, and Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 11.04 shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.058.02, 8.06 8.03 and 8.07 8.04 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.. ARTICLE NINE

Survival of Certain Obligations. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Securities referred to in Section Sections 8.01 or 8.02, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 2.05, 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 2.12, 2.13, 4.01, 4.02 and 4.02, 6.07, Article Seven and Seven, Sections 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive until the Securities are no longer outstanding, and 58 thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.07, 8.05, 8.06 and 8.07 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article Eight shall abrogate any of the rights, obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.
