Supplier Modified Documentation definition

Supplier Modified Documentation means any item of Supplier Documentation (other than any Supplier Documentation that constitutes Supplier Reference Intellectual Property) that has been modified, enhanced, or otherwise altered by Supplier, after the Reference Date, pursuant to the performance of the Services. Supplier Modified Documentation shall not include any such Supplier Documentation that is modified, enhanced or otherwise altered by Supplier: (1) specifically for any of its other customers concurrently with, or prior to, the same modification, enhancement, or other alteration of any such Supplier Documentation for Gap, or (2) for general use in connection with the performance by Supplier of services for customers receiving services similar to the Services (to the extent such modification, enhancement or other alteration is not first made for Gap pursuant to the performance of the Services), such Documentation identified in (1) and (2) shall be Supplier Documentation. The rights of Gap to Supplier Modified Documentation do not expand or alter the rights of Gap to the underlying Supplier Documentation as set forth in this Agreement.

The rights of County to the Supplier Modified Documentation do not expand or alter the rights of County to the underlying Supplier Documentation as set forth in the Agreement. 369. Related to Supplier Modified Documentation

  • Supplier Agreement means this overarching agreement, consisting of these terms and conditions and any schedules to them, setting out the arrangements for management of the DPS, the process to apply when a Customer wishes to award Service Agreements via the DPS and the terms and conditions applicable to the carrying out of Service Agreements;

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.
