Supplier Documentation definition

Supplier Documentation. – means documentation and other documents of a technical nature, including accompanying technical documentation, quality management program, operating regulations, spare part specification, demonstration documentation, documentation for maintenance implementation, training program, start-up project, warranty test and measurement project, corrected Detailed Design Documentation, As-Built Documentation and specification of common repairs and faults, which the Contractor shall deliver to the Client within the scope and deadlines specified in Annex No. 8.
Supplier Documentation means Supplier Proprietary Documentation, Supplier Modified Documentation, Embedded Supplier Proprietary Documentation, Supplier Third Party Documentation, and Embedded Supplier Third Party Documentation.
Supplier Documentation or “Documentation” shall refer to documentation, product manuals and other written materials supplied by Supplier to Participant in connection with the Products and/or Services purchased by a Participant from Supplier.

  • ODC shall, following receipt of the Software and the Supplier Documentation, provide to Supplier a final draft of the ODC Documentation for Supplier's review.

  • Such documentation shall be in accordance with Bellcore document TR-TSY-000454 Issue 1 dated July 1988, Supplier Documentation For Network Elements.

  • Any audits of the Supplier Documentation, Operations, and Technology Documentation will be limited to that Supplier Documentation, those Operations, and that Technology Documentation and Services that are essential to the performance of this Agreement.

  • The Parties acknowledge that in respect of Third Party Material, the Supplier Documentation shall be the documentation provided to the Contractor by the third party owner of the Third Party Material.

  • Supplier shall furnish to ODC copies of the Software, Maintenance Source Code and Supplier Documentation incorporated herein.
