More Definitions of Supplemental Financial Statements

Supplemental Financial Statements means a report prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP, following the guidelines set forth in Exhibit C, prepared by the Companiesindependent accountants contemporaneously with each of the Companies’ Financial Statements, translating the Companies’ Financial Statements into Dollars and adjusting such Financial Statements to compensate for fluctuations in the exchange rate between the Local Currency and the Dollar.
Supplemental Financial Statements means the (a) unaudited condensed combined balance sheet of the Alkali Group as of June 30, 2017, (b) unaudited condensed combined statements of operations and cash flows, as applicable, of the Alkali Group for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2017, respectively, (c) the unaudited combined statements of comprehensive income of the Alkali Group for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2017, (d) the unaudited combined statements of changes in equity of the Alkali Group for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2017, and (e) applicable footnotes.
