Supplemental Declaration of Trust definition

Supplemental Declaration of Trust means any amendment or supplement to the Declaration of Trust entered pursuant to Article VIII of the Declaration of Trust.

Supplemental Declaration of Trust means, in relation to a Tranche, the deed, in or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5, supplemental to this Master Declaration of Trust dated on or before the Issue Date of the relevant Tranche between the parties to this Master Declaration of Trust and, together with the Master Declaration of Trust, constituting the relevant Tranche.
Supplemental Declaration of Trust means any amendment or supplement to this Declaration of Trust entered into pursuant to Article VIII.
Supplemental Declaration of Trust means any Declaration of Trust supplement or amendment to this Declaration of Trust entered into by the Trustee pursuant to Article III hereof.

  • Original Declaration of Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Declaration of Trust;
