Certificate of Amendment definition

Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment to Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, substantially in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
Certificate of Amendment has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Certificate of Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Certificate of Amendment

Certificate of Amendment means the amendment to the Charter of the Corporation reflecting the Shareholder Approval.
