Beneficial Shares definition

Beneficial Shares means Common Stock that is Beneficially Owned by Investor and its Covered Affiliates over which Investor and/or any Covered Affiliate exercises actual voting control.
Beneficial Shares has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.4;
Beneficial Shares means shares of beneficial interest, $3.00 par value of the Trust.

Beneficial Shares. Shares of Beneficial Interest" or "Shares" means the equal proportionate units of interest of any of the classes or series into which the beneficial interest of any class or series of the Trust shall be divided from time to time and includes fractions of Beneficial Shares as well as whole Beneficial Shares.
