The Securities Administrator makes no representations or warranties as to the validity or sufficiency of the Trust Agreement, any Supplemental Trust Agreement or of the Certificates (other than the signature of the Securities Administrator on the Certificates) or of any Mortgage Loan or related document.
The Securities Administrator may at any time resign and be discharged from the trusts created pursuant to the Trust Agreement and any Supplemental Trust Agreement by giving written notice thereof to the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and to all Certificateholders.
Any failure to give such notice, or any defect therein, shall not, however, in any way impair or affect the validity of any such Supplemental Trust Agreement.
It shall not be necessary for the consent of the Bondholders to approve the particular form of any Supplemental Trust Agreement, but it shall be sufficient if such consent shall approve the substance thereof.
Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms defined in this Section shall for all purposes hereof and of any Supplemental Trust Agreement and of any certificate, opinion, request or other document herein or therein mentioned have the meanings herein specified, unless otherwise defined in such other document.
