  • No trainee may be retained on a scheduled work process for a period longer than the time scheduled for such work process unless permission is granted in writing by the Skills Training Committee.The Supervisor of Trainees, in consultation with the Committee, shall prepare adequate record forms to be filled in by the Supervisor under whom the trainee received direct instruction and experience.
