Safety Management Certificate definition

Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
Safety Management Certificate means a document issued to the Vessel as evidence that the Vessel’s operator and its shipboard management operate in accordance with an approved Safety Management System;
Safety Management Certificate means a document issued to a ship which signifies that the Company and its shipboard management operate in accordance with the approved safety management system.

Safety Management Certificate means the Safety Management Certificate referred to in Regulation 4 of Chapter IX of SOLAS;
