Superintendent Level definition

Superintendent Level. If the employee filed his complaint with a principal, the Business Manager or any other central office administrator, he/she shall enter the grievance at the Superintendent level. If the employee filed his/her complaint with the Superintendent, he/she shall enter the grievance at the Board level.
