Subsections and other subdivisions are to the designated Articles, Sections, Subsections and other subdivisions of this instrument as originally executed. The words "herein", "hereof", "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer to this Indenture as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section, Subsection or other subdivision.
Subsections. EXHIBITS" and "SCHEDULES" shall be to Articles, Sections, Subsections, Exhibits and Schedules, respectively, of this Loan Agreement unless otherwise specifically provided. Any of the terms defined in Section 1.1 may, unless the context otherwise requires, be used in the singular or the plural depending on the reference. In this Loan Agreement, "HEREOF", "HEREIN", "HERETO", "HEREUNDER" and the like mean and refer to this Loan Agreement as a whole and not merely to the specific article, section, subsection, paragraph or clause in which the respective word appears; words importing any gender include the other genders; references to "WRITING" include printing, typing, lithography and other means of reproducing words in a tangible visible form; the words "INCLUDING", "INCLUDES" and "INCLUDE" shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation"; and any reference to any statute or regulation may include any amendments of same and any successor statutes and regulations. Subsections herein shall refer to Articles, Sections or Subsections of the Base Indenture, (ii) any agreement shall include amendments, restatements, modifications and supplements thereto, (iii) any applicable law or specific provision thereof shall include amendments, supplements and successors thereto, and (iv) any Person shall include such Person’s successors and assigns and, in the case of any governmental authority, any Person succeeding to its functions and capacities, in each case except as otherwise provided herein.
