References to Agreements. Unless otherwise stated, any reference in this Agreement to any agreement or document (including any reference to this Agreement) shall be construed as a reference to:
References to Agreements. Except as otherwise provided herein, any reference herein to this Agreement, any other Loan Document or any other agreement or document shall be construed to be a reference to this Agreement, such Loan Document or such other agreement or document, as the case may be, as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended, restated, extended, supplemented or replaced.
References to Agreements. References in this Agreement to a document or agreement includes that document or agreement as novated, altered, amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
References to Agreements. Each agreement defined in this Article I shall include all appendices, exhibits and schedules thereto. If the prior written consent of any Person is required hereunder for an amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to any such agreement and the consent of each such Person is obtained, references in this Agreement to such agreement shall be to such agreement as so amended, restated, supplemented or modified. If no such consent is required, references in this Agreement to such agreement shall be to such agreement as so amended, restated, supplemented or modified.
References to Agreements. Each reference in this Agreement to any agreement (including this Agreement and any other defined term that is an agreement) shall be construed so as to include such agreement (including any attached schedules) and each amendment, supplement, amendment and restatement, novation and other modification made to it at or before the time in question. The terms "this Agreement", "this Loan Agreement", "hereof", "hereunder" and similar expressions refer to this agreement and not to any particular Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, clause or other portion of this agreement.
References to Agreements. On and after the Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement.
References to Agreements. A reference to an agreement or other document “as in effect as of” a particular date, or words to similar effect, shall be construed to refer to the particular words of such agreement or document as of such date and shall not be construed as in any way restricting the ability of the parties thereto to amend, supplement or otherwise modify such agreement or document (subject to any restrictions on such amendments, supplements or modifications in Section 6.08 or as otherwise set forth herein).
References to Agreements. All references to the Agreement in the Agreement or in any other document executed or delivered in connection therewith, shall, from the date hereof, be deemed a reference to the Agreement as amended hereby.
References to Agreements. The term "Agreement", "hereof", "herein" and similar terms as used in the Credit Agreement, and references in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and refer to, from and after the effective date of the amendments contained herein as determined in accordance with Paragraph 5 hereof, the Credit Agreement as amended by this Agreement.
References to Agreements. The term “this Agreement” refers to this agreement including all schedules, amendments, supplements, extensions, renewals, replacements, novations or restatements from time to time, in each case as permitted, and references to “Articles” or “Sections” means the specified Articles or Sections of this Agreement.
