Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Paragraph does not prohibit or limit the right of Employee to discuss, debate and communicate with other employees of the Company regarding Employee’s workplace terms and conditions of employment, including wages, and does not prohibit or limit Employee’s right to disclose details about alleged incidents or claims of discrimination, retaliation, or harassment.
If Employee’s employment is terminated prior to the Separation Date by the Company without Cause (as defined below), Employee shall be entitled to the Consideration described in Paragraph 2, plus in addition, base salary payments through July 31, 2025.

The Issuers shall give notice to the Trustee provided for in this Section 3.04 at least 10 days but not more than 30 days before a redemption date if the redemption is a redemption pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Note.
