Subproject Committee. (Núcleo Comunitário) means the Committee to be established by each Beneficiary Community in accordance with the Operational Manual and paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement for the purpose of identifying, preparing and implementing Subprojects; and

Examples of Subproject Committee in a sentence

  • If the Subproject Committee decides not to implement the action, the Technical Coordinating Committee and the Subproject Committee shall meet to determine the appropriate course of action.

  • If the Technical Coordinating Committee and the Subproject Committee cannot agree on an appropriate course of action, then any Party may invoke the dispute resolution procedures in Article 8.

  • FAS shall enter into a Financing Agreement with each Subproject Committee for the benefit of each Beneficiary.

  • Each Subproject Committee shall also include the following non-voting members: (1) up to two representatives chosen by the Cooperating Respondents; (2) a representative chosen by EPA; and (3) the Cost Consultant.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that FAS shall enter into a Financing Agreement with each Subproject Committee for the benefit of each Beneficiary Community.

  • The first schedule of capital expenditures for the period from the Effective Date through the end of the subsequent calendar quarter shall be completed within five (5) Working Days after the execution of the Agreement by all Parties and promptly submitted to each voting and non-voting member of the respective Subproject Committee.

  • The Subproject Committee shall meet to review and approve the first quarterly capital schedule (the “Initial Quarterly Capital Schedule”) within twenty (20) days after the execution of this Agreement by all Parties.

Related to Subproject Committee

  • Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Research Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
