SUBORDINATION AMOUNT. As of any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the aggregate Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period as of such Payment Date over (y) the Note Principal Balance of the Notes as of such Payment Date (and following the making of all distributions on such Payment Date)
SUBORDINATION AMOUNT. As of any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period, over (y) the Bond Principal Balance of the Bonds as of such Payment Date (and following the making of all distributions on such Payment Date).
SUBORDINATION AMOUNT means, with respect to each Class of notes in the Linked Series, the amount specified as the “Subordination Amount” in the confirmation evidencing the credit default swap transaction under the applicable swap agreement that references such Class of notes, which amount, in the case of the Notes, is the Subordination Amount as defined above.

SUBORDINATION AMOUNT means, for any Payment Date, (A) the Aggregate Discounted Lease Balance as of the related Determination Date plus (B) the Available Amount for such Payment Date minus (C) the Outstanding Class A Principal Balance on such Payment Date (all calculated after giving effect to all payments and transfers made or to be made on such Payment Date pursuant to clauses (a) through (i) of Section 4.8 hereof (but without giving effect to the provisos in such clause (i)).
