Subordinate Liquidation Amount definition

Subordinate Liquidation Amount. For any Distribution Date and each Loan Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Liquidation Principal of Mortgage Loans related to that Loan Group which became Liquidated Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month over the related Senior Liquidation Amount for that Distribution Date.
Subordinate Liquidation Amount. For any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of the sum of (A) the aggregate of Liquidation Principal for all Mortgage Loans which became Liquidated Mortgage Loans during the Prior Period and (B) any Subsequent Recoveries for such Distribution Date, over the Senior Liquidation Amount for such Distribution Date. Subordinate Percentage: For any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Senior Percentage for such date.
