Class A Principal Balance definition

Class A Principal Balance. As of any Distribution Date, (a) the Class A Principal Balance for the immediately preceding Distribution Date less (b) amounts distributed to the Class A Certificateholders on such preceding Distribution Date allocable to principal (including the principal portion of Advances of the Servicer made pursuant to Section 6.03 and Realized Losses allocated to the Class A Certificates pursuant to Section 6.04); provided that the Class A Principal Balance on the first Distribution Date shall be the Original Class A Principal Balance.
Class A Principal Balance. As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.

  • Upon any Class A Incremental Funding, the Class A Principal Balance, the Collateral Amount, the Note Principal Balance and the Allocation Percentage shall increase as provided herein.

Class A Principal Balance. As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.
