Subordination Depletion Date definition

Subordination Depletion Date. The Distribution Date preceding the first Distribution Date on which the Class A Percentage (determined pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) equals or exceeds 100%.
Subordination Depletion Date. The Distribution Date preceding the first Distribution Date on which each of the Group I-A Percentage, Group II-A Percentage and Group III-A Percentage (in each case, determined pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition thereof) equals or exceeds 100%.

Subordination Depletion Date. The first Distribution Date on which the Principal Balance of the Subordinated Certificates has been reduced to zero.
Subordination Depletion Date. The Distribution Date on which the aggregate Principal Balance of the Class M and Class B Certificates is reduced to zero and the Overcollateralization Amount is reduced to zero.
Subordination Depletion Date. The first Distribution Date on which the Principal Balance of the Subordinated Certificates has been reduced to zero. Targeted Level. On any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, 2.55% of the Initial Pool Balance and (b) on any other Distribution Date, the greater of (i) 5.10% of the Pool Balance and (ii) the OC Floor Amount. Related to Subordination Depletion Date

  • Subordination Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the first to occur of the following dates:

  • Subordination Deficiency With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Specified Subordinated Amount applicable to such Distribution Date over (b) the Subordinated Amount applicable to such Distribution Date.

  • Subordination Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Excess Subordinated Amount and (b) the Net Monthly Excess Cash Flow.

  • Subordinated Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the LIBOR Certificates as of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to the payment of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Certificates on such Distribution Date).

  • Class A/B Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class A/B Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 120.0 per cent.

  • Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, an amount equal to the excess of (A) the sum, not less than zero, of (i) the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage for such Loan Group of all amounts described in subclauses (a) through (d) of clause (i) of the definition of "Non-PO Formula Principal Amount" for such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to each Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amount of the Liquidation Proceeds allocated to principal received with respect thereto remaining after application thereof pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Senior Principal Distribution Amount, up to the Subordinated Percentage for such Loan Group of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, (iii) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of all amounts described in subclause (f) of clause (i) of the definition of "Non-PO Formula Principal Amount" for such Loan Group and Distribution Date, and (iv) the related Subordinated Prepayment Percentage of any Subsequent Recoveries described in clause (ii) of the definition of "Non-PO Formula Principal Amount" for such Distribution Date, over (B) the amount of any payments in respect of Class PO Deferred Amounts for the related Class PO Component on the related Distribution Date, provided, however, that on any Distribution Date after a Senior Termination Date, the Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount will not be calculated by Loan Group but will equal the amount calculated pursuant to the formula set forth above based on the applicable Subordinated Percentage or Subordinated Prepayment Percentage, as applicable, for the Subordinated Certificates for such Distribution Date with respect to all of the Mortgage Loans as opposed to the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class A note interest rates for the related accrual period on the aggregate outstanding principal balances of all classes of class A notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date; and • the Class A Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class B note rate for the related accrual period on the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class B noteholders on that preceding distribution date, and • the Class B Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.
