capability , in relation to an employee, means his capability assessed by reference to skill, aptitude, health or any other physical or mental quality, and
Rewards means any Merchandise Reward, Travel Reward, Gift Card Reward or Account Credit Reward that is available in this Program; and
Improve means to build, alter, repair, or demolish an improvement upon, connected with, or beneath the surface of any real property, to excavate, clear, grade, fill, or landscape any real property, to construct driveways and roadways, or to perform labor upon improvements.
Stable means that a rating is not likely to change
Productivity as defined in ORS 427.005 means:
DBE means the Diocesan Board of Education for the diocese within which the Academy is situated;
Viable means a disposal system or a public water supply system which is self-sufficient and has the financial, managerial, and technical capability to reliably meet standards of performance on a long-term basis, as required by state and federal law, including the federal Water Pollution Control Act and the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
Moderate means violations that result in negative outcome and actual or potential harm for a resident.

Success means that the Client’s claim is finally decided in his or her favour, whether by a court decision or an agreement to pay damages or in any way that results in the Client deriving a benefit from pursuing the Claim.
Efficiency means the gas turbine manufacturer's rated heat rate at peak load in terms of heat input per unit of power output based on the lower heating value of the fuel.
Viability means that stage of human development when the life of the unborn child may be continued by natural or life-supportive systems outside the womb of the mother;
High reflects the highest closing level of the Index during the applicable year.
MBE means a Minority Business Enterprise.
Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
Focus means limiting the number of items included in a curriculum to allow for deeper exploration of the subject matter.
Profile means a building's cross-sectional shape or the shape of its outline.
Stability means structural stability.
Incentives means those payments made by the Program Administrator to Customers pursuant to the Program and these Terms and Conditions.
Achieve means in respect of a Test, to successfully pass such Test without any Test Issues in accordance with the Test Strategy Plan and in respect of a Milestone, the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of that Milestone and "Achieved", “Achieving” and "Achievement" shall be construed accordingly;
Promote means to engage in such activities.
Train means any configuration of Rollingstock operating as a unit on Track;
Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;
Affordability means a housing unit that satisfies at least one of the following criteria:
Strategy means the Department of Education International Risk Management Strategy for Homestays and Short Term Cultural Exchanges developed and implemented under section 171 of the Working With Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 as in force at any given time.
