MBE means the Minority Business Enterprise program created pursuant to section 123.151 of the Revised Code.

MBE means a business identified in the Directory of Certified Minority Business Enterprises published by the City’s Department of Procurement Services, or otherwise certified by the City’s Department of Procurement Services as a minority-owned business enterprise, as applicable.
