State Buildings Programs definition

State Buildings Programs means an entity of the Department of Personnel & Administration of the Executive Branch of the State government or designee as shall be established to perform statutory responsibilities current at any time during the performance of this Agreement.

  • The Contractor shall provide and maintain without additional expense for the duration of the Project temporary office facilities, as required and as specified, for his or her own use and the use of the Architect/Engineer, representatives of the Principal Representative and State Buildings Programs.

  • When requested by the Architect/Engineer, the Principal Representative or the State Buildings Programs, the Contractor shall revise the construction schedule to reflect changes in the schedule of values.

  • The required number of copies of the final punch list will be countersigned by the authorized representative of the Principal Representative and will then be transmitted by the Architect/Engineer to the Contractor, the Principal Representative, and State Buildings Programs.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Floodplain or flood-prone area means any land area susceptible to being inundated by water from any source. See "Flood or flooding."
