  • Relevant Customer means any person, firm or company which at any time during the 12 months prior to the Relevant Date was a customer of the Employer or any other Group Company, with whom or which the Executive dealt other than in a de minimis way or for whom or which the Executive was responsible in a supervisory or managerial capacity on behalf of the Employer or any other Group Company at any time during the said period;

The Ameren Illinois incentive payments are awarded only to Eligible Customers for equipment that is owned by them and installed in the Ameren Illinois service area at the location that corresponds with the Ameren Illinois account number listed in the Application. All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Small customer means a retail customer that has an individual load with an average monthly demand of less than 5,000 kilowatts.

  • Customer Group means, collectively, Customer, its parents and Affiliates, its Agents, and its and their respective managing members, general and limited partners, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives.
