Sponsor Warrant definition

Sponsor Warrant means an Acquiror Warrant held by the Sponsor as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Sponsor Warrant shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Sponsor Warrant means a LACQ Warrant held by a Sponsor or its Affiliates.

Sponsor Warrant means a warrant to purchase one Mountain Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Warrant Agreement, dated as of November 4, 2021, between Mountain and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as trustee.

Sponsor Warrant means an Acquiror Warrant held by (i) the Sponsor, (ii) funds or accounts managed by subsidiaries of BlackRock, Inc. or (iii) funds or accounts managed by Alta Fundamental Advisers LLC, in each case, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
