Special Offering Period definition

Special Offering Period means the Offering Period commencing on the first Trading Day on or after April 1, 2008, and terminating immediately following but on the same Exercise Date for the Offering Period that commenced on or about November 15, 2007. All references in the Plan to an “Offering Period” shall include the Special Offering Period.
Special Offering Period means a period of up to approximately twenty-one (21) months that begins on the Special Offering Date and that consists of up to four (4) Special Exercise Periods during which options granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised.
Special Offering Period means one of two Offering Periods that commence on November 29, 1996 and February 14, 1997. The Special Offering Periods shall be coterminous with the First Offering Period and shall end on the last Trading Day on or before October 31, 1998. The first Purchase Period of each Special Offering Period shall commence on the applicable Enrollment Date and shall end on the last Trading Day on or before April 30, 1997.

  • If for any Offering Period, including any Special Offering Period, the amount of unused payroll deductions or permitted cash contributions should exceed the Purchase Right Exercise Price per share, the amount of the excess for any participant shall be refunded to such participant as soon as administratively practicable, without interest (except where required by local law as determined by the Committee).

  • However, in no event will the amount of the unused payroll deductions or permitted cash contributions carried forward from an Offering Period exceed the Purchase Right Exercise Price per share for that Offering Period or Special Offering Period, as the case may be.

Related to Special Offering Period

  • Initial Offering Period means the initial period during which a Series of the Trust will offer its Shares prior to the commencement of investment operations of such Series;

  • Initial Offering means the Company’s first firm commitment underwritten public offering of its Common Stock registered under the Securities Act.
