SPECIAL LESSEE TRANSFER AMOUNT definition

SPECIAL LESSEE TRANSFER AMOUNT means for any date, the amount determined as follows:
SPECIAL LESSEE TRANSFER AMOUNT means for any date the Equity Portion of Termination Value on such date, plus (i) any unpaid Basic Lease Rent or Renewal Lease Rent, as the case may be, due on or before the date of such determination, plus (ii) if the determination date is a Rent Payment Date or an Additional Rent Payment Date, the Basic Lease Rent or Renewal Lease Rent due on such Rent Payment Date, plus (iii) any other Rent payment under the Facility Lease or the Other Operative Documents due and unpaid on such date.
SPECIAL LESSEE TRANSFER AMOUNT means for any date of determination, (i) Component A of Termination Value on such date; PLUS (ii) any Rent payment under the Facility Lease or the other Operative Documents due and unpaid on such date.

SPECIAL LESSEE TRANSFER AMOUNT means for any Termination Date, the amount determined as follows: (i) the Termination Value (Equity Portion) under the Facility Lease on such Termination Date; plus (ii) any unpaid Basic Lease Rent (Equity Portion) due on or before such Termination Date; plus (iii) the Equity Breakage.

SPECIAL LESSEE TRANSFER AMOUNT means, for any date, in connection with the purchase of the Beneficial Interest (a) in the case of a Burdensome Buyout Event under Section 13 of the Lease, the applicable Burdensome Buyout Price minus the principal amount of, and accrued interest on, the Lessor Notes scheduled (in accordance with the payment terms of the Lessor Notes) to be due on such date and (b) in the case of 55 146 a Regulatory Event of Loss, the Equity Portion of Termination Value determined as of the applicable Termination Date.
