Equity Portion definition

Equity Portion means the separate portions of the Net TV Amount (Equity Portion), which portions correspond to the Equity Investment and each series of Additional Equity Investment that may have been issued from time to time and are determined by multiplying (a) the Net TV Amount (Equity Portion), by (b) the fraction (i) the numerator of which is the outstanding principal amount of the applicable Equity Investment or such series of Additional Equity Investment and (ii) the denominator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Equity Investment and the Additional Equity Investments.
Equity Portion has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.3.
Equity Portion means, for the purposes of calculating the Final Consideration Shareholding in accordance with Section 2.06(3), that portion of the capital expenditure required to be undertaken by Anooraq or any Affiliate in accordance with the Ga-Phasha Project or the Drenthe-Overysel Project, as the case may be, in order to achieve Commercial Production, which portion is: (i) not financed by Anooraq or its Affiliates incurring debt obligations to third party lenders; and (ii) designated by a Disinterested Majority on or prior to the date of such calculation;

Equity Portion means that amount of the Contract Price payable or paid by the Borrower to the Builder pursuant to the Building Contract and not forming part of the Loan.

Equity Portion means cash capital contributions in, and/or Permitted Subordinated Debt extended to, the Initial Borrower, directly or indirectly, by the Sponsors (the “Equity Contribution”), such that the aggregate amount of the proceeds of such Equity Contribution shall be not less than 35% of the sum of (i) aggregate third party borrowed money of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries plus (ii) the total Equity Contribution, in each case, after giving effect to the Acquisition.
