Special Conditions of Sale means the additional conditions that may apply to certain Lots. Please see condition51.

  • The following Special Conditions of Sale and Delivery for Software Products/Freeware are supplements to our General Conditions of Sale and Delivery and shall prevail in the event of inconsistency or contradiction.

  • The purchase of Products shall be made in accordance with the General and/or Special Conditions of Sale of the relevant Seller.

  • All reservations remain subject to the Club Med® General and Special Conditions of Sale.

The Buyer’s Premium is based on only the Bid Price of each auction sale. In event of a ground rent escrow, the title company or settlement company agrees not to charge an escrow holding fee to the seller. If the Trustee/ Seller is unable to convey good and marketable title, the purchaser's sole remedy in law or equity shall be limited to the refund of the deposit. Upon refund of the deposit this sale shall be null and void and of no effect, and the purchaser shall have no further claim against the Trustee/ Seller or Auctioneers.
