Business Sellers definition

Business Sellers means natural persons who are representatives of a supplier of goods or services of a Party seeking entry and temporary stay in the territory of the other Party for the purpose of negotiating the sale of services or goods, or entering into agreements to sell services or goods for that supplier and who do not engage in supplying the services or the goods; they do not engage in making direct sales to the general public and do not receive remuneration from a source located within the host Party, nor are they commission agents;
Business Sellers means the members of the Seller’s Group that own assets of or otherwise conduct any of the Business immediately prior to Closing, or for the purposes of the Seller’s Warranties, at the date of this Agreement;
