Special Allocation Fund definition

Special Allocation Fund means the Grand Center Special Allocation Fund, created by the Approving Ordinance in accordance with the TIF Act, and including the accounts and sub-accounts for the Redevelopment Projects established under Section 401 hereof into which TIF Revenues are from time to time deposited in accordance with the TIF Act, the Note Ordinance and the Redevelopment Agreement.
Special Allocation Fund means the Gateway I-170 Special Allocation Fund authorized by the TIF Ordinance.
Special Allocation Fund means the fund, including any accounts and subaccounts created therein, into which TIF Revenues are deposited, as required by the TIF Act and this Agreement.

  • All of the services set forth in Section 1 are eligible redevelopment costs under the Act and as such are reimbursable from the Special Allocation Fund.
