Special Allocation Fund definition

Special Allocation Fund means the Park Pacific Special Allocation Fund, created by the Approving Ordinance in accordance with the TIF Act, and including the accounts and sub-accounts for the Redevelopment Project into which TIF Revenues are from time to time deposited in accordance with the TIF Act and this Agreement.
Special Allocation Fund means the Gateway I-170 Special Allocation Fund authorized by the TIF Ordinance.
Special Allocation Fund means the “Gateway I-170 Special Allocation Fund” created within the treasury of the City in accordance with Section 99.845 of the Act, the TIF Ordinance and the Redevelopment Agreement, and within the Special Allocation Fund a PILOTS Account, an EATS Account and a District Revenues Account.
