Special Allocation definition

Special Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Special Allocation shall have the meaning given in Section 5.2(d).
Special Allocation shall be defined as an allocation of $51,083.33 per month.

Examples of Special Allocation in a sentence

  • Such HDII Special Allocation Rate may be fixed or established by formula.

  • Such portion (the “HDII Special Allocation”) shall be equal to the product of (x) the balance of such HDII Account and (y) the rate mutually agreed by the Founding/Working Partner and the General Partner from time to time (the “HDII Special Allocation Rate”).

  • In addition, the Commission and/or City may retain monies deposited in the Special Allocation Fund each year, in an amount equal to the documented expenses of the Commission and/or the City that are reasonable or incidental to the general operations of the Commission and/or City with respect to administration of the Plan.


More Definitions of Special Allocation

Special Allocation means any allocation of 1042 Settlement Proceeds or Non-1042 Settlement Proceeds pursuant to this Agreement; and "Valuation Date" means December 31st of each Plan Year as specified in the Plan, or such other date set by an amendment to the Plan that complies with Code Section 401(a).

Related to Special Allocation

  • Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.

  • conditional allocation ’ means an allocation to a province or municipality from the national government’s share of revenue raised nationally, envisaged in section 214(1)(c) of the Constitution, as set out in Schedule 4, 5, 6 or 7;

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Government guaranteed securities, which may be held without limit:

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).
