TIF Ordinance definition

TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 96-10, as amended by Ordinance No. 2013- 19, of the City, and as may be further amended or supplemented from time to time.
TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 13-33 passed on October 7, 2013 by the City Council.

TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 953 of the City adopted on October 17, 1994,
TIF Ordinance means Ordinance No. 51-333, passed by the Governing Body of the City creating the TIF District.
