Special Account A definition

Special Account A means the account referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;

Special Account A means the special deposit account opened for withdrawals in respect of expenditures made under Part A of the Project, and referred to in Part B of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

Special Account A means the account referred to in Part B of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

Examples of Special Account A in a sentence

• Such further withdrawals shall be made only after and to the extent that the Association shall have been satisfied that all such amounts remaining on deposit in Special Account A as of the date of such notice will be utilized in making payments for eligible expenditures.

• Contributions to the Plan will be offset by the expeditious use of such amounts as may at any time be in Special Account A or in one or more special accounts or funds maintained by the insurer in connection with Group Policy Contract GAÄ23000, and by the use of funds held in trust that are not otherwise needed to pay claims, premiums or administrative expenses which are payable from trust.

• Payments out of Special Account A shall be made exclusively for eligible expenditures in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule.

• The Recipient shall open and maintain in FCFA in a commercial bank, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association, including appropriate protection against set-off, seizure and attachment two special deposit accounts, namely: (a) Special Account A for Part A of the Project; and (b) Special Account B for Part B of the Project.

More Definitions of Special Account A

Special Account A means the special deposit account opened for withdrawals in respect of expenditures made under Part C of the Project and referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;

Special Account A means any of the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement; and "Dollar Special Account A" and "Deutsche Mark Special Account A" mean the Special Accounts A to be maintained in Dollars and DEM, respectively;

Special Account A means the special deposit account opened for withdrawals from the Credit by the Borrower in respect of expenditures made under Parts A, B1 and C of the Project and referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
