Collateral Account Agreement definition
Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXIII annexed hereto, as such Collateral Account Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Chase Co-Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit XVI annexed hereto, pursuant to which Company may pledge cash to Chase Co-Administrative Agent to secure the obligations of Company to reimburse Issuing Lenders for payments made under one or more Letters of Credit as such Collateral Account Agreement may heretofore have been or hereafter may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Borrower, the Master Servicer, the Agent and the Collateral Account Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and any successor agreement entered into by the Borrower, the Master Servicer, the Agent and any successor Collateral Account Bank.

Within sixty (60) Business Days following the Closing Date (or such longer period of time as the Administrative Agent may agree in its sole discretion), deliver to the Administrative Agent executed counterparts of a Collateral Account Agreement with respect to each Collateral Account existing as of the Closing Date, executed by a Responsible Officer of the applicable Loan Party and a duly authorized officer of each other Person party thereto.
