Collection Account Control Agreement definition

Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Collection Account Control Agreement means the account control agreement dated on or prior to the date hereof, among Borrowers, Administrative Agent and Paying Agent, which shall provide for Administrative Agent control over the Collection Account and shall be in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collection Account Control Agreement means the collection account control agreement to be entered into by Buyer, Seller and the Control Bank in form and substance acceptable to Buyer to be entered into with respect to the Collection Account as of the date hereof.

Collection Account Control Agreement means the blocked account control agreement dated as of September 25, 2020, among Buyer, the Seller and the Account Bank, in form and substance acceptable to Buyer to be entered into with respect to the Collection Account, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
