Collection Account Control Agreement definition

Collection Account Control Agreement means the blocked account control agreement dated as of September 25, 2020, among Buyer, the Seller and the Account Bank, in form and substance acceptable to Buyer to be entered into with respect to the Collection Account, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain collection account control agreement, dated as of March 22, 2013, among Buyer, ARLP and Bank, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Deposit Account Control Agreement, dated April 23, 2018, by and between RMS and Bank, in form and substance acceptable to Purchaser to be entered into with respect to the Collection Account, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
