Collection Account Control Agreement definition

Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, dated as of August 14, 2020, by and among Purchaser, Seller and Bank, in form and substance acceptable to Purchaser to be entered into with respect to the Collection Account, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Collection Account Control Agreement means the agreement among the Issuer, Chase, as securities intermediary, and the Indenture Trustee, dated as of July 1, 2001, relating to the Collection Account, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
