Southland Project definition

Southland Project means that certain Project currently owned by a Subsidiary of the Borrower, located in California and commonly known as “Southland”.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Condominium Plan means a plan described in Section 4285.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
