Sort Equipment definition

Sort Equipment means equipment owned as of the Effective Date by FoundryCo to perform Sort Services for MPU Products.

  • The parties will meet and discuss in good faith with respect to any proposal from FoundryCo or AMD to modify or dispose of any of the Sort Equipment.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, AMD shall consign to the FoundryCo Manufacturing Entities all equipment and tooling (other than the Sort Equipment described below in Section 4.2(b), but including any upgrade to then existing equipment and tooling) necessary for the FoundryCo Manufacturing Entities to provide Sort Services, and such equipment and tooling shall be considered AMD Furnished Property subject to Section 4.3 below.

  • Vantis shall be responsible for (a) conducting routine maintenance and upkeep on the Vantis Equipment, other than the Wafer Sort Equipment and (b) providing all Vantis Equipment required for AMD to maintain production capacity necessary to sort the Committed Build Amount of Die applicable to a specific period, including any capital equipment purchases necessary to maintain adequate production capacity.

  • AMD's routine maintenance and upkeep shall be sufficient to ensure that the system availability metrics listed in Exhibit C for Vantis' Wafer Sort Equipment are met or exceeded.

  • If the Bidder discovers any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission or other error in this ITB, it shall immediately notify the Issuing Officer of such error in writing and request clarification or modification of the ITB.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.
