Released Plaintiff Claims also do not include the specific claims made by the plaintiff in The George Leon Family Trust v. Coleman, et al., Case No. 3:11-cv-05084-JAP-DEA.

  • DIP Motion means a motion to be filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the DIP Facility, which motion shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Parties.

  • Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids including an Informal Quotation, Request for Quotation, Request for Pre-Qualification, Request for Tender, Request for Proposal, Negotiated Request for Proposal, or Request for Expression of Interest;

  • Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.

  • Balloting Agent means Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, in its capacity as notice and balloting agent for the Debtors.
