Solicitation Agent definition

Solicitation Agent means Prime Clerk LLC, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases.

Solicitation Agent means Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Stretto, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors for the Chapter 11 Cases.

Solicitation Agent means Epiq Corporate Restructuring, LLC, the notice, claims, and solicitation agent retained by the Debtors in the Chapter 11 Cases by Bankruptcy Court order.

• Nothing in this Indenture or in the Notes, expressed or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the Holders, the parties hereto, any Paying Agent, any Conversion Agent, any Bid Solicitation Agent, any Custodian, any authenticating agent, any Note Registrar and their successors hereunder, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Indenture.
